Radio Tarana 1386 AM number 1 in Indian Radio

Doctors and dentists around the country who want to continue practicing need to register with the Fiji Medical and Dental Secretariat.

Ministry of Health spokesperson Peni Namotu says this is a new requirement under the Medical and Dental Practitioner Decree 2010.

Namotu adds registration is necessary and will begin from March.

“If they are not registered and if they have not paid their fees they will be de-registered and they will not be counted as doctors and medical practitioners.”

The license will be valid for one year.
